Bookings & Cancellations

For treatments that are over one hour, or any multiple bookings, require a £50 non-refundable deposit. We understand that plans change, but please give us 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee. We will endevour to re-arange your appointment, if necessary. All our treatments are tatto friendly; provided your tattoo is fully healed and over three months old. Book now »


If you are pregnant, congratulations! You must be over your first trimester before we can undertake any body treatments. All our Elemis products are suitable for use on pregnant ladies, however you won't be able to use the spa pool or have a hot stone massage. We have a range of pregnancy treatments that cater for you and your growing bump. Pregnancy treatments »


Please let us know before your treatment if you have been diagnosed with cancer, so we don't undertake any treatments that could cause harm and we won't be able to undertake any body massage treatments. If you are undergoing treatment, we will ensure your gift voucher is extended or find you an alternative treatment.


Our spa is over two floors, so please let us know if you have any mobility problems so we can undertake treatments in the best room for you.

Seasonal Offers and Discounts

Our seasonal offers and discounts are only available for the duration of the time stated. They may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Our full Terms and Conditions are available in store.

Gift Certificates

Our gift certificates cannot be used after the expiration date. Please ensure that you book your treatment sufficiently in advance of the expiration date as it may not be possible to secure a booking at short notice. This voucher is valid for the amount or treatment shown on the voucher. Vouchers may be used as part payment for a treatment. Any change due on a voucher will be put back on the voucher and must be used before the expiration date. This voucher cannot be used on Sundays. You must give 24 hours notice of changes to or cancellation of your appointment. Vouchers are non-refundable.

Spa Pool & Relaxation Area

We follow the approved code of practice and guidance for spa pools and their use. Our spa pool contains chlorine to maintain cleanliness and is tested daily. If you are using our spa pool you will need to complete a consultatiuon form. You can not use the spa pool if you are pregnant, suffering from heart disease, have consumed a heavy meal up to 90 minutes before, suffering from an infectious skin disease (including open sores or wounds) or taking medication which could make you drowsy. You will be asked to shower prior to using the spa pool. Towels and robes are provided for your convienence. We advise to limit your time in the spa pool to fifteen minutes at a time, with five minutes rest in between.

Spa Pool & Relaxation Area

  • We'll provide the robes, slippers and towels, but please remember your swim suit!
  • Please remove any body creams or deodorant prior to your spa pool session
  • Please remove all make up too - but don't worry we have make-up remover and the steam is great for your skin!
  • You won't be able to use the spa pool if you have fake tan on
  • We regularly test the spa pool to ensure the highest quality of water
  • On the rare occasion, in order to maintain the water quality, we may have to cancel your spa pool session at short notice. We make every effort to make sure this doesn't happen, but if it does, you'll be given the opportunity to rebook or receive an additional 30 minute treatment.
