We follow the approved code of practice and guidance for spa pools and their use. Our Spa pool contains chlorine to maintain cleanliness, is tested daily and cleaned after every use.

We hope you enjoy our spa pool and relaxation area. All you need to bring is a swimsuit and we'll provide robes and towels.

In order to make your spa'ing more pleasurable, we do ask that you shower prior to arriving at Jasmine Day Spa and forgo applying any body cream, deodorant or make-up. This helps to prevent build up in the spa pool.

You should refrain from using the spa pool if you are pregnant, suffering heart disease, have consumed a heavy meal up to 90 minutes before, suffering from an infectious skin disease (including open sores or wounds) or taking medication which could make up drowsy.

On rare occasions our spa pool maybe unavailable at short notice. We are really sorry if this occurs and we will attempt to notify you well in advance. If this occurs we may be able to extend your treatment or offer an additional treatment to make up for the time you would have spent in the spa pool. After all the treatments are what you come for. We understand you may be disappointed and we are too as we do everything to keep the water quality and heat maintained. Cancelling your spa pool session is the last thing we want to do but technical issues are beyond our control.

Please bear in mind that our Spa pool is complementary and not factored into the price of any spa package.

For some packages we do offer a glass of Prosecco. It is not recommended to drink whilst using the spa pool so take a dip in the spa pool and then relax on our sofa whilst sipping your bubbles before your treatment.

The Hot tub can be a pleasurable experience. However for your safety and enjoyment there are rules and guidelines that must be adhered to when using the Hot tub. You are responsible for making sure that you are aware of, and adhere to the guidelines.

If you are pregnant, congratulations!

You must be over your first trimester before we can undertake any body treatments. All our Elemis products are suitable for use on pregnant ladies, however you won't be able to use the spa pool or have a hot stone massage. We have a range of pregnancy treatments that cater for you and your growing bump.

Please let us know before your treatment if you have been diagnosed with cancer, so we don't undertake any treatments that could cause harm. We won't be able to undertake any body massage treatments. If you are undergoing treatment, we will ensure your gift voucher is extended or find you an alternative treatment.

All our treatments are tatto friendly; provided your tattoo is fully healed and over three months old.

Our spa is over two floors, so please let us know if you have any mobility problems so we can undertake treatments in the best room for you.
