  • Treatments that are over one hour, or any multiple bookings, require a non-refundable deposit.

    We understand that plans change, but please give us 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee. We will endeavour to rearrange your appointment, if necessary.

    If you are unable to cancel or don’t let us know you won’t make your appointment 48 hours before, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

    We will try our hardest to accommodate any special requests such as wanting a treatment in our double room however we may not be able to accommodate this and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  • Gift certificates, gift cards and gift vouchers cannot be used after the expiration date, which is usually one year from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly shown on the physical or digital copy of the certificate.

    Please ensure that you book your treatment sufficiently in advance of the expiration date as it may not be possible to secure a booking at short notice.

    Gift certificates, gift cards and gift vouchers are valid for the amount or treatment shown on the voucher. Gift certificates, gift cards and gift vouchers may be used as part payment for a treatment.

    Any change due will be put back on the gift certificate, and must be used before the expiration date.

    You must provide 48 hours notice of changes to or cancellation of your appointment.

    Gift certificates, gift cards and gift vouchers are non-refundable.
