Please let us know before your treatment if you have been diagnosed with cancer, so we don't undertake any treatments that could cause harm and we won't be able to undertake any body massage treatments. If you are undergoing treatment, we will ensure your gift voucher is extended or find you an alternative treatment.
Our spa is over two floors, so please let us know if you have any mobility problems so we can undertake treatments in the best room for you.
Our seasonal offers are only available for the duration of the time stated. They may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Our full Terms and Conditions are available in store.
Our vouchers cannot be used after the expiration date. Please ensure that you book your treatment sufficiently in advance of the expiration date as it may not be possible to secure a booking at short notice. This voucher is valid for the amount or treatment shown on the voucher. Vouchers may be used as part payment for a treatment. Any change due on a voucher will be put back on the voucher and must be used before the expiration date. This voucher cannot be used on Sundays. You must give 24 hours notice of changes to or cancellation of your appointment. Vouchers are non-refundable.
